Delete your SlidePress account

This page is the web resource for deleting a SlidePress account and the personal data stored with it. SlidePress is operated by KeyMacro LLC. You do not need to keep the Android or iOS app installed to use this page.
Request account deletion
Choose whichever path is easier. Both delete the same SlidePress account and associated data.
- In the app or on the web — sign in, open Settings → Account, and use Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. Deletion is immediate.
- On this page — submit the form below with the email on the account. We process these requests within 7 days.
- By email — write hello@slidepress.co with the subject “Account deletion request” and the email address on the account.
What we delete
When your SlidePress account is deleted, we remove:
- Your sign-in and account record
- Campaigns, slides, captions, and uploaded reference images
- Brand library and usage history
- Connected YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Page tokens (access is revoked)
- Publish history stored in SlidePress
Videos or posts already published to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or a Facebook Page stay on those platforms until you remove them there. We may retain limited billing or legal records required by Apple, Google Play, Stripe, or applicable law.
Subscriptions
Deleting your SlidePress account does not cancel an active subscription by itself. Cancel first if you want billing to stop: Google Play subscriptions in Play Store → Payments & subscriptions; App Store subscriptions in Apple ID settings; web subscriptions in Settings → Usage on slidepress.co.
Request deletion without signing in
Use this form if you uninstalled the app or cannot sign in. We will match the email to a SlidePress account before deleting it.
